This project was for a young family who had just bought their first home, a major fixer upper. It was a whole home renovation, which included replacing all plumbing and electricity and adding insulation throughout. The entire floor plan was reconfigured, including both bathrooms and the kitchen, and a small apartment was designed near the back of the home for short term rentals. A new lighting plan was created, including new fixtures throughout. Most of the finishes and fixtures were budget-friendly options that fell within tight monetary constraints. The exterior was also re-sided and painted, the roof was redone, and a beautiful covered deck was added in the back. The yard and driveway were completely re-landscaped as well.
